Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Brasswind Instrument Maker to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for the art of instrument creation and a commitment to maintaining the high standards for which Josef Lìdl is renowned.

Responsibilities:

  1. Craft, assemble, and repair brasswind instruments.

  2. Work closely with the design team to produce instruments to specification.

  3. Conduct quality control tests to ensure the sound and build quality of instruments.

  4. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address and resolve any customer feedback or complaints.

  5. Stay updated on industry advancements and implement best practices in instrument making.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in brass instrument making or a related field.

  2. Proficiency with hand tools and machinery pertinent to instrument fabrication.

  3. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on precision.

  4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
